Planning approved for Stockport apartments

We are delighted that our scheme for a six storey new build development of 22 apartments in Stockport’s town centre has been approved. Located in the heart of the bohemian Lower Hillgate / Underbanks Conservation Area this project will see a key site developed that has remained empty for many decades. Not only will the scheme add a valuable contribution to the provision of sustainable new homes, the development of this site with high quality apartments will help with the ongoing regeneration of the town centre and be part of the towns goals of transformation into a more vibrant  place.
